What is lumbar traction massage?
Lumbar traction massage is a lie-down routine built around the lower back. You rest on a shaped cushion that sits under the curve of your back while massage and gentle warmth work beneath you. The EaseWell 3 In 1 Lumbar Traction Massager does this with one peanut-shaped cushion, two raised mesh pads and a small control panel on the end. You lie back, press a button and let it get on with the job.
How does the massager work once I'm lying on it?
Plug the thin black cable into the power point, then press the bottom button on the control panel to switch it on. Press the top button, marked with the massage icon, to start the massage. Small indicator lights show it is running. Lie back so the two mesh pads sit under your lower back, one on each side, with the narrow waist of the cushion in the middle, then close your eyes and settle in.
Who is the massager made for?
It is made for backs that bend, lift and sit all day. Think of the tradie home with the hi-vis on the hook, the warehouse worker after a shift, or the desk worker who has been hunched over a laptop since breakfast. It suits anyone who reaches the end of the day and wants to lie flat and switch off. You lie back after work and let the heat do the rest.
How should I store the massager between uses?
Switch it off at the panel and unplug the cable once you're finished. Coil the cable loosely rather than wrapping it tight around the cushion. Store the massager flat somewhere dry, away from pets and little hands. Brush any dust or lint off the two mesh pads before you put it away, so the honeycomb surface stays tidy for next time.
How is it different from a heat pack or a rolled-up towel?
Most people reach for a heat pack or roll up a towel to lie on. A heat pack warms one spot and then cools down. A towel gives a bit of shape and nothing else. This massager brings the shaped cushion, the massage and the warmth together in one piece you simply lie on, run from two buttons on the end.
What will I receive in the box?
One EaseWell 3 In 1 Lumbar Traction Massager in dark grey. It has a memory foam cushion with a removable, washable cover, a small control panel on the end and a plug-in power cable. It measures about 59 x 26 cm.
How do I get the most out of it?
Lie back so the narrow middle of the cushion sits along your spine, then start the massage and let yourself settle for a few minutes. A short session after work or before bed is a good routine, and you can use it on the bed, the lounge or a rug on the floor.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Every order is packed and dispatched within one to two business days. Once your order is placed we prepare and send it out, and you receive a tracking link by email so you can watch its progress. Delivery timing across Australia depends on where you live, so your tracking email will show the current estimate for your address. Metro addresses tend to arrive sooner than regional and remote ones, so allow a little longer if you are outside a major centre.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is on its way we send a tracking number straight to your email, so you can follow it from our end all the way to your door. Do you deliver to regional and remote areas?
Yes, we deliver everywhere across Australia at no extra cost. Regional and remote addresses can take a little longer than the capital cities once the parcel leaves us, so allow a few more business days if you are outside a major centre. Your tracking email will show the current estimate for your address once the order is on the move.

How do I start a return?
